Do you charge sales tax?
No, unless we ship to California, then the rate is 7.25%.

Ordering

What happens when I place an order?
You will receive an email confirming your order and another email when your order has been shipped. For items in stock, your order will be mailed within 1 business day. Because we are a standing boutique, sometimes certain items maybe sold out. In that case, we will email you within 1 business day with your options. Your credit card is charged only when your merchandise is mailed.

Shipping

How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped via FedEx

Shipping is FREE for all orders of $100 or greater.

Shipping fees apply to orders less that $100 as follows:
Orders up to $50 will have a shipping fee of $5 applied to each order.
Orders between $51 and $99 will have a shipping fee of $10 applied to each order.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges on merchandise are graciously accepted on items postmarked within 14 days of your receipt, which HAVE NOT BEEN USED, WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED and with all the original tags attached. Footwear must have unmarked soles and include the original box without postal labels. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

How do I send my return or exchange?
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included in your package. Securely seal the merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and, using an insured service, send to: The Shoe Goddess Boutique, 1328 Market Street, Redding, CA 96001

When will my credit card be refunded?
When we have received your merchandise, we will credit your original form of payment within 5 business days. We will notify you by e-mail once the credit has been issued.

Gifts

Do you have Gift-wrapping?
Yes. For a $5.00 charge we will wrap your gifts in Shoe Goddess style. Just check the gift-wrap option when checking out. You may use the “comment” area for specific instructions about wrapping.
